No will found for Charlotte.
But Thomas F left a will:
Will of Thomas Fauquier of Hampton Court , Middlesex
Prerogative Court of Canterbury and related Probate Jurisdictions: Will Registers. Name of Register: Swabey Quire Numbers: 201 - 250. Will of Thomas Fauquier of Hampton Court , Middlesex.
Held by: The National Archives, Kew - Prerogative Court of Canterbury
Date: 17 April 1826
Reference: PROB 11/1711/241
And the will shows that it was never fully proven so that it took until 1851 until it was all put right.

And Ancestry had a copy of the marriage register transcribed (by me):

“This Marriage was solemnized between Us [signed] John Norris Charlotte Townshend

Her father had died six or so years earlier, so I wonder if Thos Townsend was a brother or an uncle who gave her away. Dor. Cowper was indeed her aunt, having married a Rev Spencer Cowper, Dean of Durham.
