Remarkably and for a small fee this led to getting the image from Essex archives which I can now transcribe:

Her age at death give a rough figure for her birth year.  Looking for a baptism for a Mary Price with fornames of parents unknown around 1729 gives 648 results on Ancestry.  It is impossible to work out which could be hers from that number.  If findAGrave have done Feering church, there could be a memorial to her there and this might give her parents forenames.  Nor results from FindAGrave.
