In Feb 2021 I finally found the image of her baptism at St Andrew church, Holburn, London:
“July 1712 Christnings [sic]
. . . .
“Anna dr of Thomas Girthew & Sarah in Bedford Row bapt ye 24”
My guess from the practices for her mother’s siblings is that this would have been within a day or three of her birth, giving a birth date of July 1712

In her memorial in Witton church, Norfolk, it says she died on 8 Sep 1767 aged 55, which makes her born in 1712, confirming the above baptism.

From Find a Grave, there is her memorial in St Margaret’s church, Witton, Norfolk thats says she was b. 1712, d. 1767 and was the wife of John Norris.

Here lieth the Body of JOHN NORRIS
of G Withingham in the County of Norfolk Esqr
He married Anna
Eldest Daughter of Thomas Carthew of Banacre in Suffolk by Sarah, the first wife, and died at the Age of 23 October 9th 1734
Leaving two Infants John and Anne and his aforesaid Wife
who, in testimony of his virtues & the endearment of his Memorie
to her faithful Heart,
hath placed this Marble
Here also is Interred
the body of ANNA, his Wife, who died
Septbr 8th 1767,
Aged 55.
Surviving him and in the unaltered state of Widowhood
32 Years 11 Months
a woman of excewllent Sense, Strict of Principlle& fervent Piety
the first made he Entertaining, the second Valuable & the last
assiduous that the honour of God should be dearer to herself
than others
She forbad her Son to erect any direct Monument to her Menu
otherwise the expression of his exceeding obligations to her
as a Parent,
a Guardian,
and a Friend
Should no have been thus contracted.
