_______________________

In 1891 he was a widower and living with his brother-in-law George Rowe and his family.  He had no child with him so this indicates that he and Margaret never had any children.

In 1901 it looks strongly that he had remarried and they had had two children and were at 67, Station Street, Burslem, Wolstanton, Staffordshire:

In 2011 he was still alive and with his family.  But he was not in the 1939 census.  So he died between 1911 and 1939.

BUT no record found of his death in Staffs between 1911 and 1951.  Though a Richard Emmanuel did die in Wolstanley in 1917 - and this led me to his baptism where he was given the names of Emmans Richard Steele on the 3rd January 1947.

That her age is given above as 20, that means she must have been born after July 31st in 1850.  It sounds like August so that she was 9 months old at the time of the 1851 census.  So I have altered the month of her birth from July to August.
