Notes for Margaret Rowe
In the 1851 census she was said to be 9m, nine months, old.  This puts her birth around July 1850.  But see a note to her marriage register details.

There are two marriages of Margaret (only) Rowe for a birth year of 1850, both in Wolstanton and of these one was in 1868 and the other in 1911.  The former is worth considering.

In fact a church marriage was found that clearly has Margaret in it with her father, George, a potter.

There is one child born to a Steele-Rowe marriage in 1882 in Aston, Warwicks.  This needs some confirmation take further.  Try the 1881 and 1891 censuses.

That her age is given above as 20, that means she must have been born after July 31st in 1850.  It sounds like August so that she was 9 months old at the time of the 1851 census.  So I have altered the month of her birth from July to August.
