Will notes for Rev Hamilton Sydney Beresford
Hiw will was proved on 27th July 1847 at London “by the oath of Louisa Beresford widow the Relict one of the surviving executors to whome Admon was granted …”
The will was signed on 1 September 1836.
He introduced his will with: “This is the last Will and Testament of me The Reverend Hamilton Sydney Bweresford of Bewles (?) in the County of Warwick Clerk…”
He listed:
1. His previous wife Elizabeth
2. His son Benjamin,
3. His two daughters Sydney and Georgine Sophia
4. His friend William Pearl,
5. John Williamson
and a host of relations invovled in complex shared holdings.
(And I really had difficulty readin the poor copy from the TNA and have given up trying to work out what it all means!)

It looks like his previosu wife was Elizabeth hamilton Rowan. But no marriage found (yet). Possibly married in Ireland.
