On a a pedigree on Family Search it is said that she was born in 1780 but no documentary evidence for this has been found. But her age at burial appears to confirm this birth year.

Will notes for Elizabeth Ann Mair
Her will was proven on 20 July 1846 at PCC for Dame Elizabeth Anne Wetherall, wife of Ealing, Middlesex. Ordered on 10 Jan 2018. Probate ref: PROB 11/2040/22
She left everything to her husband Frederick but as he predeceased her, her executor was her daughter with her first husband, Elizabeth Henrietta Wetherall ‘widow’(???).
Her will was dated 2nd February 1825.
No mention of any child with Fred.
