She brought the manor of Brereton, Hants.
The following is from Nicholas Vincent’s “The Lucys of Charlcote”:
She brought the manor and advowson of Melcombe Horsey in Dorset, from her share of the inheritance of her brother Richard fitz William, a tenant of the earl of Warwick.
She also shared in the inheritance of another brother John Cotele, lands at Frampton Cotterel, Glos and Broughton, Hants.
Finally she brought half a knight’s fee at Bulkington, Wilts.
