Thomas Greenwood is a very common name in the censuses.
He is not identifiable, nor is his wife, in the 1861 census, the only one he was alive for after his marriage.
It is possible that his marriage certificate would show his age, but it is a likely to show “Full age”.
I do not know what his occupation was.
I suspect he was merely renting Crayke Hall. He was in no Landed Gents.
