5 Sep 1919: His permanent commission, with RAF, announced on 1st Aug is cancelled.
13 Jan 1923: “Notice is hereby given that the partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, Eustace de Courcy Hallifax and Richard Dashwood, carrying on business as Motor Engineers and Repairers and Garage Proprietors at Saint Cross-road, Winchester, under the style or firm of “THE RELIANCE MOTOR WORKS” has been dissolved as and from the twelfth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Eustace de Courcy Hallifax, who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of “The Reliance Motor Works” ...”
