“On the 6th ult. at the Palace, Valetta, Lieut Edward Ward [sic] Stopford, R.N. son of the Hon Richard Bruce Stopford, Can of Windsor and grandson of James, second Earl of Courtown, to Julia Maria, eldest daughter of the late Capt Wilbraham R.N. niece of George Wilbraham, Esq. M.P. and step-daughter of Lieut-General Sir Henry F Bouverie, Governor of Malta”
