Finally I have just noticed in Burke that they give him a second daughter, Frances Georgina but who did not appear in my search of the indices. However, using Burke’s information, she is there in the FreeBVMD index:

FindMyPast has the same Hill mother. I just wonder if is it a mis-entry on the indices for ’Still’. The way to solve this is to get a copy of her birth certificate but Burke did not show any marriage or children for her, so is probably not worth the tenner, eleven to be precise, for the certificate.
Later: Frances has appeared as an niece and beneficiary of this Richard’s sister Patience. So I think I must get her birth certificate to see what it says.

25th Nov 2021: Her birth certificate has arrived and indeed she is, as Burke tells, the child of Richard Edward Knight and Eileen Alice, née Still, Thesiger. So it will be interesting to see what the new online GRO index says when they get round to publishing 1956 births (currently they have only got to 1935):
