In 1911 she said she had had 6 children all of whom were alive; five were shown on this census, the same five as on the previous census.  Odd!  The census was signed by Lavinia Lewis with ‘for Henry Lewis’ in another hand.  Lavinia now put her and Henry down as born in Tunstall like all her children.

There were four children found by a search on FindMypast, though this brought in James in 1902 and lost Fanny in 1899 and Livina in 1901

The GRO entries are:

Name:                Mother's Maiden Surname:
LEWIS, HANNAH        ROWE
GRO Reference: 1892  S Quarter in WOLSTANTON  Volume 06B  Page 117
LEWIS, ETHEL         ROWE
GRO Reference: 1894  M Quarter in WOLSTANTON  Volume 06B  Page 140
LEWIS, HENRY         ROWE
GRO Reference: 1896  J Quarter in WOLSTANTON  Volume 06B  Page 125
LEWIS, FANNY         ROWE
GRO Reference: 1898  S Quarter in WOLSTANTON  Volume 06B  Page 126
LEWIS, LAVINIA       ROWE
GRO Reference: 1900  D Quarter in WOLSTANTON  Volume 06B  Page 95
LEWIS, JAMES         ROWE
GRO Reference: 1902  S Quarter in WOLSTANTON  Volume 06B  Page 135

That indeed adds up to 6 but where was James in 1911?  There is no death record for him.
This is a bit more difficult to find as there were three births of James Lewis in Wolstanton between 1901 and 1903, with mothers of Baggley, Rowe and Boulton.
