From a search on the birth index for Eccleston births with a mother’s maiden name of Morgan and born from 1915 to 1935, these look like their children:

The interesting thing about the above list is that there are registrations in both Cannock and Walsall, both about four miles from Cheslyn Hay where they were living at least in 1939.  The two apparent twins, born in 1915 and 1923 respectively are registered in different towns: most unlikely, twins are always registered together.  The conclusion must be that there are two separate Eccleston-Morgan families, one closer to Cannock and with two children and one closer to Walsall with four children.

And to confirm this deduction the two Cannock registered births were those precisely living with George and Mildred in 1939, albeit one with her husband.  So it is these two that I am adding to my database.
