She must have been born before 1950, to be 18 or more in 1968 wneh she married.  And she must have been around 45 or less in 1989 when she gave birth to Charles.  So that makes her born between 1944 and 1950.  And there is only one Anne B Perrett birth registration in England and Wales between 1935 and 1955.  Sounds pretty foolproof to me!
