In his will, dated 13th January 2015 he appointed his wife Anne Bernardette Seymour Rooke and his son Alecander John Giles Rooke to be his executors and Trustees.  He was reported to be of St Stephen’s Cottage, Bridge, Canterbury, Kent CT4 5AH and he can thus be presumed to have died there. His wife was of the same address and his son was of 212 Langthorne Road, London E11 4HS.

Both of them granted powere to administer the estate of £780,591 on 13th April 2017.
