Her Probate index:

Dewhurst Frances Adamina Lucy of 1 Oxford-square MIddlesex widow died 9 July 1911  Probate London  12 August to Harry Dewhurst and Arthur Francis Forster esquires.  Effects £20967 16s 2d.
_____________________

From the grant, dated 12th August 1911, the executors were her son Harry Dewhurst and Arthur Francis Forster of 28 Lincolns Inn Fields, Mx, who was named in the codicil.
_____________________

In her will she listed:

(a) The parties and trustees to an indenture date 1861, probably a marriage settlement):

George Charnley Dewhurst,
George Bakewell Dewhurst (her husband,
herself, then Frances Adamina Lucy Mann,
Robert Dalby Dalby Cholmeley
Samuel Cook Frankish

(b) Her seven children:

George Littleton Dewhurst,
Harry Dewhurst,
Gerard Powys Dewhurst
Cyril Dewhurst,
Frances Eva, wife of Edward Fowler,
Ethel Ada, wife of Gerald Fowler
Harriet Dewhurst.

Note that this list does NOT include the Ralph Dewhurst who was born in 1879.  Was this because he died young?  or what?

In fact Ralph was in their house in the 1881 census and died the following year.  So she had 8 children of whom all were living in 1911.

She left her four sons £7,000 each from the proceeds of the various family trusts.

She made provision for her unmarried daughter Harriet.
_____________________

She referred to portraits of these ancestors: Rev Littleton Powys, Mrs Penelope Powys, his wife, and James mann her grandfather.

In this context she listed these siblings:

Cornwallis Ernest hatsell Mann,
Amelia Penelope Mann and Fanny Henritta Mann
____________________

She left £2,800 to each of her daughters.

She left £500 to each of her sisters and to her brother she left £500.

All her other assets were to be put in trust for her daughters Frances Eva Fowler and Ethel Ada Fowler and Harriet Dewhurst.  Harriet was to get the income during her life and on her death somehow it was to go to their issue but not bothered to worth out the details!

By the will she had appointed her sons Harry and George Littleton to be executors but by her codicil George Littleton was excluded and Arthur Francis Forst appointed instead.
