20 December 1862 The Will of the Reverend Henry Harding late of Stapleton in the County of Salop Clerk deceased who died 25 November 1862 at 57A Wimpole Street in the County of Middlesex was proved at the Principal Registry by the oath of the Honourable Emily Harding commonly called lady Emily Harding of Stapleton aforesaid widow the Relict the sole Executrix.

In his will he left his watch to his daughter Emily, his gun and arxchery to his son William and also to William £150 a year until he succeeded to the Baraset estate, expected to devolve onto William on the death of henry’s brother William Judd Harding Esq and the residue of his estate to his wife Emily. who was to be his executrix.
