Her husband had died in Torbay in 1989 so, assuming they were then still together, this does not sound unlikely to be her death report.

The will was signed in 1968 and she appointed her husband and son to be executors, which left only her son Denis Louis Tyler as the surviving executor in 2004.  Now to find where he came from.  Her estate did not exceed £215,000.

Denis processed the probate on 17th June 2004, so he was alive then.
