St Anne, Westminster: Register Book for Marriages in the year 1804.
The Reverend Jarvis kenrick Clerk the younger of the parish of Bletchingly in the County of Surry [sic] a Batchelor and Mary Perkins of this Parish, spinster, were married in the Church by Licence (a c) the 16th Day of April 1804.
By me me Bridges Harvey
The marriage was solemnised between us [signed] Jarvis Kenrick junr Mary Perkins
in the Presence of Jno Perkins Charlotte Perkins Margaret Perkins Caroline Seyliard Perkins.
