Mar 2007, TFPL: It is known that Margaret’s mother Joan died in 1393 and that Hoan’s heir was Margaret’s son John.  This probably implies that Margaret was dead in 1393 unless there was some curious rules about coverture that applied, that since she, Margaret, was married, she could not hodl properties herself.

In 1393 Margaret’s son John could only just have been adult: Tuddenham died in 1371 so Margaret was unlikely to have married Frauncis until 1372 implying that John, if he was the first child as well as eldest son, could not have been born until late 1372 or early 1373, making him a bare 21 in 1393.
