I am not sure which Roger Bertram she was the daughter of, the one who d. c. 1272 or his father who d. 1242.
Solved: Agnes, dau. of the secomd Roger bertram was sole heir (CP and Sanders). So N.N. must have been dau. of the earlier Roger Bertram. BUT this gives five daus and co-heirs and CP categorically states and lists that he only had four daughters. I wonder if Foster got it wrong about her being a Bertram.
