No will that seems to be his has been found in PCC. But there might yet be one in Shrewsbury record office.
Martin has found that a will was dated 1613, definitely try the Shrewsbury Record Office. They say they do not hold any local Shropshire wills. Instead they say that the Shropshire wills are split between the diocesan archives hald at these Record Offices:
(a) Lichfield Diocese hald at Staffordshire Office, available via FindMyPast
(b) Hereford Diocese, held at Herefordshire Office, available only by enquiry at the Record office
(c) St Asaph Diocese, available via an impenetrable route on the Welsh National Library.

TFPL, Sept 2017, Correction: The will has been found in PCC: he clearly wrote his name as Halle, this is what TNA filed it under and it is also the name that is now in this database.
I must try and find what the will said about any children they had.
