Between 1590 and 1610:
No baptisms can be found for any Hall in Greete, Shropshire. Possibly the register has not survived. (TFPL, Apr 2018: the published transcriptions of the Greete registers start at 1663, so it looks like the earlier registers were lost.)
No baptism found anywhere in Shropshire for a child of Richard Hall whose mother was Isabel.
Two baptisms found for children of Richard Hall with unknown mothers.
And for all England in the same period for children with a father of Richard Hall:
No baptisms found with a mother of Isobel.
240 baptisms found with unknown mothers.
None of those gives any clue as to her children.

Later in Aug, 2017: I see that I have two Isabel Powyses both married to a Richard Hill of Greete. This is because I have her as the child of both the first and the second wives of William Powys! My notes for the first wife indicate that both Martin and Barron in his Powys genealogy in the VCH for Northants has done useful research and get significantly further than I have in 2017. In particular they found Richard Hall’s will of 1613, probably at Shrewsbury. So I need to get hold of this and see what it says - if I can read it, that is.
Meanwhile her baptism in 1569, if it truly is her baptism, places her next to last of the children of the second marriage of William, so that her mother was Margaret Rowbury.
Let’s transfer across the Notes from the duplicate record:
Elizabeth/Isabel m. Richard Hall of Greete c. 1593. (John Powys was termed of Greete because he had taken possession of some of R. Hall's lands there after his death.) Richard's will of 1613 refers to Thomas Powys of Snitton as his brother.
TFPL, May 2001: VCH makes out that her mother was Margaret Rowbury, the first wife [rubbush, what on earth was I talking of? Margaret was definitely the second wife]. I'll vote for Martin's researches, they seem far more knowledgeable here.
