Notes for Margaret Yarrow
In the 1881 census she was named "Margaret Mallow" and living with her family at dwelling 22, Cowpen Bewley (more likely Port Clarence), co Durham; aged 29 and born in Kildress, Ireland.

Her surname, known to the family of course, is confirmed by having in her house, in the 1901 census, her uncle (he was recorded as "uncle" but in view of his close age to her and to family practices, I wonder if he might not have been her brother who would be known as "uncle" to the children?) Hugh Farrow, a furnaces labourer, aged 60, single and born in Ireland.

In the 1901 census she was living at 15 Marton St (?), Port Clarence, Co Durham, aged 50 and born in Ireland.

In 1911, she was widowed and had her brother Hugh Farrow and children Francis, Hugh, Margaret and James still with her:  She said she had been married for 34 years and had seven children all of whom were still living.

There was an additional daughter who appeared on the marriage photo of Bridget and James McLean: Mary Ann.  A Mary Ann is to be found on FreeBMD:

Surname First name(s) District Vol  Page
Births Sep 1882
Mellon Mary Ann Stockton 10a 86

This would make her four years younger than Bridget which is thought to be about right.  She married Dan Quin who also is on the marriage photo.  This entry on FreeBMD is probably their wedding:

This looks like Margaret’s death:

But a family member remembers it as having been in c. 1924.

Margaret’s brother Hugh was in Middlesbrough in the 1881 census, single and boarding.  He was not found in the 1871 census but it was probably he, aged either 22 or 17 (17 would agree with the birth year given in 1911) who was a blast furnace worker in the 1861 census in Lanchester, Co Durham.
______________

Margaret’s age varies a bit:
At marriage in 1877 she was 22, so born in 1855
In the 1881 census she was 29, so born in 1852
In the 1891, named Melton, aged 35, so born in 1856
In 1901, named Mellon, aged 50, so born 1851
In the 1911 census she was 58 so born in 1853
At death in 1921, she was 73, so born in 1858.

Notes for Corneilius (Neil) & Margaret (Family)
Poss m. around 1877?

I can’t find their marriage in FreeBMD from 1865 to 1885; so they were married in Ireland?
