There is an entry of the birth of a Thjomas Steele at Farnham, Surrey in the Guildford MM for
Thomas Steel on 1701-1-28 and his parents were also Thomas and mary.
I was not certain this applies to this Thomas. However his death record has him to be 56 1/2 years old which fits in very well indeed so I am assuming this birth to be him.
