Notes for Sir John Garrard Bart
From him descended one heiress and a younger line that expired. The heiress married a Drake of Shardeloes, Amersham. The expired line left his assets to a younger Drake of the same family. The elder Drakes eventually changed their name to Tyrwhitt-Drake, still of Shardeloes.
(And in c.1989 A Powys-Lybbe lived in one of the component units of Shardeloes for a few years.)
