“On Sunday se’nnight, at Aldwinckle, the lade of the Hon and Rev F Powys, of a son”

This give a birth date of 3rd April; it might just be that the notice was put in a day or three late and it was by then 14 days previously, on the 27th March 1914.

The Annual Register of 1852 reports that at the British Embassy, Brussels, the Rev Spencer Perceval Powys m. Harriet, elder daughter of William Hole, esq. on 21st June 1852.  (Sounds like he married at least three times.)

This report appears to be repeated in The Spectator of 26 June 1852, page 9 in the Marriages section:

“On the 21st, at the British Embassy, Brussels, the Rev Spencer Perceval Powys, youngest son of the late Hon. and Rev. Frederick Powys, Rector of Achurch and Aldwinkle Northamptonshire, to Harriet, elder daughter of William Hole, esq., of London.”

I can find no other clear record of Harriet.  There is a death in Ashby in 1856 and it might be worth getting her death certificate.
