Notes for Thomas Powys
This looks like him as Thomas Powys junior of Bryndinog can be none other than the son to the first Thomas Powys if Bryndrynocke:

His death date of c.1686, is deduced from the proving date of his will combined with references to the Powells and his and Margaret’s two sons.
Will notes for Thomas Powys
Very probably:

Will of Thomas Powys, Gentleman of Clun, Shropshire 07 December 1686 PROB 11/385

This will was written on 22nd November 1685 by Thomas Powys ‘the elder of Sode in the parish of Cloun and County of Salop’.

He, more or less, left his estate in trust to his wife until his son Thomas became 21, thereafter to receive 40 a year in two equal annual instalments.

He provided £300 for his son Edward to be paid in equal parts of £100 when he became 22, 24 and 27.

No mention of any daughters or any other sons.

He referred to the will of his uncle, unnamed, to his kinswoman Mary Bowen.

He also left small sums to kinswoman Bridgett Powell,
his kinswoman Elenor Bollantine
His mother, unnamed
His kinsman Henry Powell

Notes for Thomas & Margaret (Family)
The site of Ivan Thomas Cary Elwes says that

“Margaret Powell married Thomas Powys of Berwick House April 28, 1703 in St. Julian, Shrewsbury, Salop, England”

But Thmas was probably born soon after 1603, the latest year in which his parents married, so it would hardly be likely that he was marrying anyone as late as 1703.

However the actual marriage on that day was between Thomas Powys Draper and Bridget Baldwyn.  A copy of the Register page has been obtained and the above site needs some correction.
