She is down as ‘Scotter’ in FindMyPast’s 1861 census: Interestingly her sister-in-law Elizabeth is listed as ‘Visitor’ though also ‘Landed Proprietor’ as in fact she was the owner, if the recital on the 1868 Royal Licence is to be believed.
April 2105, TFPL: The Mary Mayers visitor listed below was almost certainly Maria’s niece as Maria’s sister Catherine Seyliard had married a Henry Adams meyers in 1808.

Mon Inscripts notes for Maria Perkins
Epsom parish church has this memorial for her:
… and of his Widow, MARIA, fifth daughter of JOHN PERKINS, Esq., died December 27th, 1861.
Arms Generally notes for Maria Perkins
Burke’s Armory gives the arms of Perkins of Orton Hall, Leics and Sutton Coldfield, Warks as:
Sable an eagle displayed proper on a canton argent a fesse dancettée of the first.
There is no evidence that I have found that she was descended from this Perkins family but these arms are to be found impaled with Trotter on a silver salver.
The only evidence is that her father lived at Pendell Manor, Bletchingley, (Bucks?)
