Was she Mercy or "Mary" as in her husband's will, which is a copy of a copy of same?
Possibly she came from Cornwall, though Ronny Bodine says her father came from Winchester.

Ronny Bodine records that she brought with her the manors of Sulham and Great Purley, both of which eventually landed up with the Lybbes.
Ronny also gives her these children, all dying young: Guy, John, John, John, William and William; Eleanor, Lucy, Agnes, Agnes, Margaret and Anne.
