Notes for Constance Kingsmill
They had 14 children, 6 s. and 8 daus.  Three of the daus were Elizabeth, Anne and Brigid.
Was one of them Constance who m. Sir Wm Spencer of Yarnton, Oxon, d, 1647? (Oxon Visitation of 1669 & 1675, p. 101)

Matthew Connolly has done some excellent research on these daughters and from the Harleian versions of the 1619 and 1682 visitations, a monument in in St Giles, Cripplegate, London and the wills of this Constance and her husband Thomas establishes that Anne married Sir Robert Whitney and had 12 children, for which see the Herefords vis’n of 1634.
Will notes for Constance Kingsmill
In her will she appointed Sir Richard Lucy and Sr William Lucy as executors or trustees for a trust at Highclere. and Burghclere; this was effected on 15 May 1635
Notes for Thomas & Constance (Family)
From The Charlcote book the marriage is "after 1580" and from the Kingsmill book it is "before 1597" and her 1st son was born in 1586.
The Kingsmill book says she was born before 1574, the date of her father's second marriage.
My guess is that she was married in 1585 and, guessing 17 years old at marriage, born in 1567 or before.
