His will of 31 March 1674 administered 9 Aug 1678 to Bernard MICHELL and JOHN SLANY attorneys for RICHARD SLANY (in parts beyond the seas) son and executor named in the will:

I give to my wife MARY SLANY my lordship of the manor of Lulcey als Lollesley co. Worcester as well as lands, tenements and hereditaments with appurtenances in Lulcey, Alfreck, and Sucley in the said co. Worc which I bought of JOHN HALL Esquire and WILLIAM PRETTYMAN Gentlemenan and ELIZABETH his wife to have and to hjold to the said MARY my wife for the term of her natural life, the reversion to my son RICHARD SLANY and his heirs
To my son JOHN SLANY £500
To my daughter ELIZABETH SLANY £800
To my son CHARLES SLANY £500
To my son BENJAMIN SLANY £500

If any of my children happen to die before reaching the age of 21 and unmarried then the portion or portions of them so dying to be divided between the survivors except my daughter MARY to whom I have lately given her full portion of my estate in marriage with Mr BARNARD MICHELL, Merchant.
I release my brother Ambrose BARKER of all debts which he owes me.
To my kinswoman MARY BARKER #20.
The residue of my estate I give to my said son RICHARD SLANY & I appoint him sole executor.
My said son JOHN SLANY overseer.

24 Oct 1710 ADMINISTRATION to BENJAMIN SLANY, brother of RICHARD SLANY junior the residuary legatee named in the will of RICHARD SLANY senior deceased   RICHARD SLANY junior died before executing Admon (with said will annexed) of the goods of RICHARD SLANY senior 9 Aug 1678 to BARNARD MICHELL &N JOHN SLANEY as attorneys of said RICHARD SLANY junr. then in parts beyond the sea granted on account of the death of the said RICHARD SLANY junior.
