Notes for Jane Peckover
An earlier Harris and Peckover marriage was between Mary Harris, dau. of John and Edmund Peckover, a worsted weaver and son of Joseph and Ann, in 1766.  The marriage occurred in Fordingbridge.  It could be that Edmund was her paternal uncle and Mary was Richard’s aunt.  It is recorded in the Norwich digest, book 1028, p. 115.
