Notes for John Dearman
Apparently he has been confused with the son John of his uncle Nathan Dearman. According to James Backhouse in his “Family Memoirs” Nathan and his wife Mary had 4 s. and 3 dau. Nathan and Mary did have a son John, their first, and he died early at the age of 24 at Thorne.
