According to James Backhouse’s “Family Memories”, pub 1831, she and Thomas had two children and she, and probably her husband, d. young.  The children were looked after by his sister Martha and her husband John Box.

Their son Thomas survived until he was 86, in 1816 and his wife Frances until she was 88 in 1827.  Apparently they had one son.
