I wonder if this rare combination of Williams and Pollock could be a daughter of theirs? It may need a birth certificate to clarify the matter.

There are hundreds of records for Elizabeth Mary Williamses. His will may clarify the matter too - and a lot cheaper.
However in his will he twice mentions his daughter Rowan Mary Williams, who married Patrick Walter Low.
So: Can we find the birth of Rowan and her marriage to Patrick.
There was no Rowan Mary birth in the british isles from 1910 to 1950.
There was a Patrick Walter Low birth in 1910 in Hants.
No marriage in Britain of any Patrick Low to any Williams.
Try The World. No marriage of Elizabeth Mary or Rowan Mary Williams to any Low.
But she did die in 2004 in Kent and is shown as born in 1913:

His executors at death were John Cyril Leslie Sweet, solicitor, and his son-in-law Patrick Walter Low.
He also named his two sisters Gwendolen Meta Williams and Violet Helen Williams and they witnessed his second and last codicil.
The dating was:

2nd codicil 17 January 1963
