His and Frances’ MI at St Giles, Northants:

Sacred to the memory of William Tyler SMYTH Esq of Little Houghton in this county and for many years an inhabitant of this parish who died June 1st 1838 aged 70 years. Also of Frances SMYTH wife of the above who died April 9th 1814 aged 39 years with two children who died in their infancy. Also of Mrs Elizabeth SMYTH, widow of William SMYTH Esq late of Brompton, Kent and mother of the above who died March 20th 1809 aged 68 years.”
