In her mother’s will she named her four sons in law and the fourth was Nigel Harland. So this needs following up to see if it was he that married Frances.

In her father’s will dated 2005, she is named as Frances Campbell Phillips - which means I have some work to do.
If she did remarry this would probably have been between the birth of her second son and 2005, that is 1981 and 2005.
But I can find no second marriage for her in that time frame. This was either for her with the surname of Harland or of Pares. And I widened the are to FindMypast’s ‘World’ database (but which database is severely restricted).
So there is a mystery: how did she come to use the surname of Phillips? Royal Licence?
Cracked it: I had done my searches for “Frances Campbell Harland”, but the marriage index only calls here “Frances C Harland” and FindMYPast cannot handle this, even though I had ticked “include name variants” for her forenames.
