One Lionel Grant Oliver had probate in 1936, dying on 27 March 1936 and born in 1859.  This looks like it was him.  Depending on what Edith Stella’s will says, it might be worth getting his will as well, to see if they had any offspring.

12 Oliver births were found with a mother’s maiden name of Collins from 1920 to 1935 (she died in 1936, aged 48).  I cannot tell if any were theirs.  No child was mentioned in either of their wills.  Of the twelve, nine were born in Staffs, two in London and one in Northants, none in Meacham.  I am certain they had none.
