No birth record found and, so far, his birth is only known from the 1911 census.
Probably not found in 1939 Register as he had volunteered for military service even if he had been retired.
In fact he was found, with his daughter Anne and in London, but with both given the surname of “Celemnti-Smith”, so they were a tad hard to find.
