His will was dated 4th Sept 1912 with a codicil of 25th September 1914.  He appointed as executors his brother Lancelot, his wife Dorothy and his wife’s brother Richard Chetwynd Stapylton.  His wife renounced Probate duties and powere was reserved for her brother, leaving Lancelot as the sole acting executor.

No one else was listed in his will.  The will was very long about properties and assets when the residue indicated he had not of any such.  perhaps someone had copied the will of another, propertied person, as a cost saver?
