BP reports for her: “Lettice Mary; m 10 Jan 1918 Charles Phillimore Lewton Firth, DL, Capt Worcs Regt, S/Ldr RAF, 2nd s of Bernard Alexander Firth, of Norton Hall, Sheffield, and Coates Manor, Cirencester, Glos. He d 25 Aug 1955”

Her marriage was not found initially as it was indexed under Lettice H Adderley, not the Lettice Mary Adderley as she had been baptised.  It could be that the ‘M’ was mistranscribed as ‘H’.
