The third person above is unlikely to have been a child as they would have been listed after the parent.  So she might be a very young servant in the house who is not yet 100.

She had signed it on 18th June 1964 and appointed Hugh Montgomery Churchill and Lettice Mary Firth as her executors and trustees.

(Hugh was the husband of her niece Mary née Adderley.  Lettice was her youngest sister, apparently unmarried.

In her will she listed:
