His will was dated 9th September 1996 and he died on 16 July 2997 at 1 Blackacre Cottage, Bristol Road, Whitchurch, Bristol. If his wife survived him by a month he appointed her executor and left her his whole estate. If she did not survive he appointed some solicitors and left everything to his daughter Patricia Margaret Cutmore or her heirs.
In fact his executor was Anthony Roy Edwards of Bristol. It is not said what role he was exercising but the implication is that Harold’s wife had died before that month was up, if within the nine moths between will signing and his death.
And Moyna did die in Q3 of 1997.
