She might have been the Priscilla Waring who was buried in Chiddingfold, Surrey on 2 Jul 1985, of Mesylla High St Green, Chiddingfold. Her death index gives this as her a birth date of 21 Apr 1923, so is for the second of the above two. I’ll put a fiver on that!
In fact a mere 30 shillings is all it took to buy her will on 29th May 2021. This might reveal her husband. Delivered on 4th June 2021 and she was the wife of her husband.

This was indeed the wife of Thomas Frederick Loxley Waring as she appointed him as an executor and his address was the same as hers. The other executor was Robert Meredith Smith, solicitor. Her will was dated 3rd May 1984.
She listed in her will, as well as the executors:
