No apparent marriage or death with many or all of those initials. On the list for 1921 to see where she might have got to.
May 2021: The previous statement has to be rubbish; how can I be so incompetent? She was found in a marriage index to her second cousin Richard Waring, though she was only given the name of Mary G Carroll. It proves the FindMyPast does not like one to search with too many initial as it causes it to leave people out.
She was previously found in the 1939 Register, with her husband but as a to-be-identified ‘Mary G L Waring’. After six years of marriage, they had no children. Her parents were second cousins, she and her husband were second cousins.

I think the year in the Death index is wrong. The birth registration index, done soon after birth, says it was in 1914. The 1939 Register has 1914, probably given by her. The death registration would have been given possibly by someone who did not know how old she was but did get the birthday right. It could even have been that she lopped a year off her age when she married. She died a few months after her husband so who knows who tried to register her death.
