No birth registration found that could be his.
There are some later Frederick William births on the birth index:
Year District
1856 Midlothian, Scotland
1859 Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland
1861 Lanarkshire
1864 Bristol, Glos
1865 Yarmouth, Norfolk
1865 Lanarkshire
we need to trace his movements through the censuses:
In 1951 he was with his widowed father and three sisters and his next brother Edward and two Eden cousins, not to mention two Eden cousins, Caroline and Alice. He was 4 and born in Wimbledon, Surrey.
In 1961 he was with his father and his father’s new wife plus his sister Henrietta and brothers Alexander W and Edward H plus a mere nine servants. He was 14, at school and born in Wimbledon, Surrey.
In 1971 there was a Frederick W Park in Greenock, Scotland, who was a law student, born in England in 1847 and who could have been him.
In 1981, he was not the married Frederick with a sister Louisa J and living in Clerkenwell as he did not have such a sister.
In 1891 there were no Frederick W Parks in the census.
In 1901 There was a Frederick Park born in Norton Somerset in 1844 so is not him.
In 1911 there was only a Frederick Park who was born in 1847 in Melksham so was not him.
So the censuses show he vanished either in the decade before 1871 or in that before 1881

I can find no death that looks like him and can only conclude that he went abroad and died there.
I have searched all the England and Wales wills from 1861 to 1911 in case he left a will in England and Wales, but none found.
The Mugglesgtone Family Tree suggests he died in Dorset in 1881 but has not attached any evidence for this.
