Will notes for George Stewart Park
His probate’s summary:
His probate includes reference to documents in the India Office. I think he must have worked in India at some stage, though unknown whether it was as a civilian or in the army. His will was taken to the High Court by his executor and eventually it emerged that all he wanted was to leave everything to his sister Lucy Carroll.
He was certified to have died on the 16th December 1886 at No 1 Sydney Villas, Codrington Road, Ramsgate, Kent.
His executor was Richard Benyon Berans. Who had married his sister Fanny Georgina.
