Notes for Frances Olive Boger
She was found aged 4 in the 1871 census in Durnford Street, Lower, East Stonehouse, Devon with her parents Hext, a solicitor and attorney at law, and Blanche G Boger Hext and Frances were born in England, Blanche in Spain. No sign of Pitt in their names in the census. Hext was born in 1837 and Blanche in 1840.
In 1901 Blanche L Boger was a widow and living in a hotel in Penzance, Cornwall. But not found in 1911.
Blanche Lucy Boger born in 1838 died on 14 October 1927 at 1 Ashburn Place, St Jude South Kensington Middlesed with the executor of Alnod John Boger. 1927.

I can find no birth document to confirm the Lutt given as part of her name at her marriage banns. Perhaps the actual marriage document might give a better view on what she might have thought her name to have been, but there is no real issue to justify the spend.
